SPRING BrEAk?

Spring break is near and there will be lots to do! My friend Heather is going to Florida to relax on the beach, Ashley is going to California, Angelica is going on a great, fun cruise (that my husband and I once went on YEARS ago, 2006 to be exact!) While others, like Gaby, will fly out to Vegas and say "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" Yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean, how many times have we heard that? Weeell unlike them, I like to live my life ON THE EDGE!
"What are your plans for spring break?" you may be asking. The answer is... SPrINg CLEaNInG!!!!

Mom's Space Pictures, Images and Photos
What'd I say?! I'm a maniac! How exciting is that?! Who wouldn't like to be ME verses one of the kid-free people mentioned above??? Don't answer that. We all know that sometimes a Mom has to do what a Mom has to do. I get a week of NO WORK, NO SCHOOL and NO KIDS...Wait a minute, the kids will still be around annnd that is where my CrAzzY Adventures begin!
I left work yesterday and came home for about 3.5 hours and it was AMAZING how much I got finished with NO ONE around. I was shocked that I could hear myself think, but at the same time I was being paranoid because I thought I was hearing the baby crying or my name being called...at some point I thought I heard Jay singing! Weird. Then I realized it was my phone ringing :) Soo back to spring cleaning and away from the day dreaming... I have started my list of chores and I will try my hardest to complete it all while I am at home next week.

1. Organize closets
2. Paint master bedroom
3. Keep laundry caught up ALL week
4. Clean windows all 84756983 of them
5. Dust ceiling fans.
Two words... HELLO ALLERGIES!

Doesn't seem like much? Well remember all must be completed while still juggling my daily stuff that include; breakfast and lunch, nap time, dish washing, clothes and diaper changing, bottle making, bed making, texting :) and breaking up arguments between Nevaeh and Jayda. To all the TRUE SPRING BREAKERS: Have a few for me :)

Oh no the BIG 50!

As mentioned earlier, my Mom's birthday came and went last weekend on March 1st. We told her we were taking her to an early "dinner" since it was Sunday and everyone had to work the next day. Not being selfish at all, she agreed. I picked her up at 3 and headed to "dinner." My mom thought my brother and sister would be at the mall shopping for a last minute gift and then they would meet us at the restaurant, when really they were setting up for her SURPRISE PARTY! We got her good!!
"Wait! I have to stop by my Grandma's house first to drop something off since I'm on this side of town." I said.
"Oh everyone is here today" my mom said. "And they are having a party and didn't invite me???"
Still having no clue! I get out of my car and take my camera and walk towards her as something clicks and she realizes it's for her! I start taking pictures as everyone has tears of joy from seeing her cry and wishing her a Happy Birthday. My mom looked beautiful and had a great time so Mission Accomplished :)
